Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) (except final sale or otherwise indicated) within 7 days of receiving the item for store credit only (less shipping charges). We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

To start a return, please email customerservice@weeshops.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Confirmation that you are returning for store credit

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Returns received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Additional reasons for rejection include:
    • Excessive pet hair
    • Signs of wear, wash, or damage
    • Altered or hemmed items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please use a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • Return shipping address will be provided upon return authorization.

Processing

  • Returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your item(s).
  • Store credit will be issued and maintained on our system.
  • To use your store credit, please email us and we will create an invoice with the credit applied.
  • Store credit cannot be refunded once an order is placed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as a return, and the replacement item is treated as a new order.

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue store credit for you to place a new order.
  • Customers are responsible for both return and new order shipping fees (unless otherwise noted).

CANCELLATIONS

Requests to cancel an order before shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee:

  • Orders under $100: $5 fee
  • Orders $100 or more: 5% of order value

Final Sale items and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If your item arrives damaged, please email customerservice@weeshops.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
